We had a great day at East Midlands Expo this week (Monday). Attending this annual event presented us with the opportunity to engage with new firms in the region and catch up with our regional peers. These meetings will now enable further discussions around identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for our clients.

It was also a great chance to catch up with businesses we’ve worked with for years. Pick Everard was founded in the region more than 150 years ago, so our supply chain in the region is extensive and some partnerships span decades.

We’re proud to work with more than 500 supply chain partners nationally and, as Head of Strategic partnerships, my team and I are committed to developing relationships with SME organisations and strategic growth in the region.

We strongly believe in the development of industry partnerships and collaborative working. At Pick Everard, we involve our supply partners at the earliest stage possible, working as part of an integrated team from the bid stage. Engagement at this early stage only strengthens our bid and our working relationships.

We’re continuing to develop a holistic approach, which provides our clients with the best solution. A strong network of partners strengthens this offering. Our solutions-based, integrated way of working means that our presence at events like the East Midlands Expo has become even more crucial, as our network develops and our clients’ needs evolve.
